At Desi Diva , we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

* Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if there is a valid reason (such as a defect/size issues or incorrect item). To initiate a return, you must provide clear photographic/video proof of the issue along with your request.

* *Return Shipping:* Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to our shop address. Please note that the client is responsible for paying all return courier and shipping charges.

* *Refund Processing:* After we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
